If there was anything that you should learn regarding plan B, it is the overwhelming importance of a backup plan. Watching your event in danger is the last thing you want to see, it will make you says to yourself, “Was there really a plan?”
As professionals, all of us have a backup for every meeting, conference and event we plan no matter how big or small. While most of us would agree that plan B planning sometimes seems meaningless and time consuming, if there has been anything of late that helps reinforce to you the importance of a backup plan it will be the shocking and horrific situation regarding your event falling apart.
The two major point for your consideration will be:
1. Study your plan well in advance
2. Have more than one plan for any issues that can happen.
